If we can't race together in person, let's work together virtually
Thanks to the 2020 Outbreak of COVID-19, in person races are non existant. Yet runners want and need somthing to work towards. We decided to create a free virtual race series for athletes that we coach (many of whom are doing time trials anyway to replace cancelled races) and decided to open up this event to the general population.
Here is how it works - we list a 5K the first week of April, 10K second week, and half marathon the fourth week. You can elect to do one, two, or all of them. Run the selected distance on your own any time during the week of the race and email us your Garmin/Strava/Treadmill data and we will populate results. After the end of each week, we'll make the results "official" so you can download a free digital finisher certificate.
Schedule:
5K between 3/30 and 4/5
10K between 4/6 and 4/12
1/2 Marathon between 4/20 and 4/26
